Ann Clark Country Cornbread Mix

½ cup melted butter

1 ½ cups milk

2 large eggs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, milk, and eggs with the dry mix.

Add the mixture to a 9” greased pan, skillet, or muffin tin. If making muffins, only fill the tin halfway. The mixture will rise in the oven.

For cornbread made in a pan or skillet, bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
For muffins, bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
