Royal Icing made with Ann Clark Premium Meringue Powder
This royal icing recipe makes thick royal icing that dries to a smooth, satiny finish. To make the icing less thick, add water one drop at a time. Ann Clark Premium Meringue Powder is already flavored with vanilla, but lemon juice or other flavoring can be added to taste.

1 cup Ann Clark Premium Meringue Powder

½ cup Water

1 lb Powdered Sugar

Prepare a clean glass or metal bowl. Ensure the bowl is clean, as oil residue will prevent stiff peaks from forming in your meringue.
We recommend using a stand mixer or electric mixer to make this royal icing recipe.
